Private Sessions

Privates are a one-on-one session with an instructor. You and your instructor work on your individual needs and fitness goals to help you reach your full potential. Your session will include work on the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and Ladder Barrel. You’ll move through exercises to help free your muscles to become strong AND flexible at the same time!¬†

Semi-Private Sessions


Working out with a partner(can be a friend) is often a great option for those looking to experience the full benefits of a private workout coupled with the comradery with an instructor with the same equipment as Private sessions with the same core goals. However with Semi-Privates are a great way to get the benefit of Private sessions for a discounted price. 

Unlike a “group class” Semi-Privates are not a one size fits all type of workout. As Semi-Private clients workout in pairs, it is understood that each client looking to begin a Semi-Private class program is expected to bring someone they wish to workout with.  Each client is assessed individually to ensure both benefit from the workout.
