An Introductory Session is a 50 minute one-on-one actual workout where we can assess your strength and flexibility so that we can tailor your workout to your specific needs. Your session will include work on the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and Ladder Barrel.All new clients are required to sign up for an introductory sesssion before beginning to work with Donna.

Private Session


Privates are a one-on-one session with an instructor. You and your instructor work on your individual needs and fitness goals to help you reach your full potential. Your session will include work on the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and Ladder Barrel. You’ll move through exercises to help free your muscles to become strong AND flexible at the same time! 

Single Session - $65

Semi Private Session


Working out with a partner (can be a friend) is a great option for those looking to experience the full benefits of a private workout coupled with the comradery with an instructor with the same equipment as Private sessions with the same core goals. Semi-Privates are a great way to get the benefit of Private sessions for a discounted price.

Online Mat Class


Work remotely from your home, on the road or anywhere you can "stretch yourself" out. This class is LIVE and gives the client the ability to continue to enjoy the benefits of pilates without having to be in the physical studio. Classes are several times a week and need little to no personal equipment. 30 day personal challenge included
